Full Registration
Full registration covers participation for all workshops on Monday 27, all conference sessions from Tuesday 28 to Friday 31, coffee breaks (Monday to Friday), lunches (Monday to Friday), the opening reception (Tuesday), the social program (Thursday) and the conference dinner (Thursday). Conference proceedings will be available online during the conference.
Workshops-only Registration
The workshop-only registration covers participation for all workshops on Monday 27, including coffee breaks and lunch.
Deadlines and Pricing
The early registration deadline is July 15, 2018. All the following prices are
in
euros.
Warning: Please note that our administration will be in degraded mode between July 20 and
August 20 due to the period of summer holidays. We strongly recommend you to register before
July 15.

Accompanying Person
An accompanying person can attend the welcome cocktail, the social event, and the banquet for an additional fee of 90 €.
About the Registration Procedure
To register, please follow the link below to the registration system (handled by CNRS).
As a first step, you have to fill up a form. The price is computed according to the selected
category,
the number of accompanying person tickets (you can select 0, 1 or 2 accompanying persons as
extras using checkboxes).
If you are vegan or vegetarian, do not forget to select the right checkbox.
As a second step, once the registration has been validated by our services, you will be
sent an email with all details about how to perform the payment (Credit Card, Bank Transfer).
Cancelling Registration
If, for any reasons, you wish to cancel your registration, you need to send an email to Virginie Delahaye (delahaye [at] cril [dot] fr) before August 20, 2018.
